.to all concerns in the Department of Education I a materialsm a concerned parent of Calbayog City Western samar,Region 8.My problemis that there are teachers and administrators in the Division of Calbayog ,Western samar, that is indulged in collecting unathorized contribution of money for make upprojects and projects ,they also insisting student to have their uniform compulsory for student. And the most important thing is thatinstead of using the funds for MOOE thatthe DEPED is giving toeach school.they just buy it for liquors and drink it during classes and transform the receipt to such materials that the MOOEfund is to be payed like coonstruction materIt is really proven becauials…This is really a big spot for the corruption of the teachers and administratorsin Calbayog most specially to OQUENDO CENTRAL SCHOOL,where one of the head is REYNALDO BERNALES and his co teachers. If you want to proveit you may audit the materials that they buy and see the respective stores if they buy the materials.I am really concerned of this becauuse theyare collecting money to have project but in a short time theyjust save it for thier personal use and the money of MOOE is the one that they use…I hopethat you will Investigate the problem as soon as possible.Thank you.sir.for your verification the head of the DEPED CALBAYOG knows this things.all about the inside job corruption and money payment for the promotion of theteachers…and different pulsify document on thedifferent test.

May we know if you’re from DepED? Non-teaching po ba kayo?
Kasi po kung non-teaching kayo, we encourage you to talk to our chapter officers near your station. The DepED-NEU directory is posted in this website.
Most DepED-NEU officers and members (totalling 15,300 as of April 15, 2011) are aware of what the union does to fight for salary increases, reclassification, etc. If you are one of the few who dont know, please talk to our chapter officers up to D.O level or sometimes school-level po sila.
    Salamat po.
